Prior to that, Ms Ergard completed her Master's degree specialising in risk management and is an accredited Ecolabel Verifier for Sustainable Financial Products according to UZ 49.

Position Chief Executive Officer

Description Mr Siegmund is an expert in capital markets, structured products and derivatives. Previously, he held executive positions in various Austrian banks, including chairman of the board of a bank and a securities firm. Mr. Siegmund has been a lecturer at various colleges/universities in Austria for several years, a sworn and court-certified expert for banking and stock exchanges and an accredited ecolabelling body for sustainable financial products according to UZ 49. From 2017- 2019, he was a member of the expert group at ESMA in Paris. Mr Siegmund holds a degree in law. Mr Siegmund is an expert in capital markets, structured products and derivatives. Position Sustainibility/Reporting

Description Mr Ambacher has almost 30 years of professional experience in various positions in the banking/finance sector. His core competencies are in the areas of strategic and operational investment/portfolio management and treasury. His professional stations included Bank Gutmann AG, WWF Austria and FMA. Mr Ambacher holds a degree in commerce from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.

Position Sustainibility/Digitalisation

Description Mr Feldmann is a business coach and lecturer at FHWien of WKW. He teaches leadership skills, communication and digital ethics as well as "Digital Reputation" and leads practical projects around ESG topics. Doctorate at the University of Vienna. He also has many years of experience as a supervisory board member of an investment firm. Mr. Feldmann is therefore an expert in the two areas of "social" and "governance" and offers new perspectives for these areas through his profession.

Position Sustainibilty/Financing

Beschreibung Mr. Körner started his career in 1989 at Credit Suisse Group in Zurich and London. From 1996 to 2003, he held various positions in London, Zurich and Eastern Europe. From 2003 onwards, he held management positions at Deutsche Bank and Flemings, among others. Mr Körner holds a degree in economic history from the University of Bonn.

Position Sustainibility/Switzerland

Description Mr Pfenninger started his professional career at Cantrade Privatbank as a stock exchange trader. In 1994 he moved to Bank Julius Baer and worked as a stock exchange trader in Zurich and New York. At the institute of the same name, he built up the Direct Acces Client Team in 2001 and moved to Bank Vontobel in Zurich in 2006. From 2010, he held senior positions at various family offices and start-up companies. Jean-Pierre Pfenninger graduated from the Business Management School in Zurich in 1996 with a degree in business administration and economics.
